Welcome to O’Tamo’s Refunds & Exchanges policy. We believe in your satisfaction and stand by the quality of everything we offer. If something isn’t exactly what you expected, we’ll work with you to make it right. At O’Tamo, we want our customers to be happy with our products and services above all.
1) Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
- Must be initiated within 14 days from the date of delivery.
- The product must be in original condition: unworn, unwashed, with all tags/labels attached and complete in its original packaging.
- Proof of purchase must be presented (receipt, order confirmation, or invoice).
- Items must not have odour, visible wear, stains, or altered shape (stretched).
Your item is subject to these conditions to be considered for return.
2) Non-Returnable & Non-Exchangeable Items
- Items available on sale as well as those available for promotional purposes.
- Items damaged by misuse, improper washing, or external causes unrelated to product quality.
3) How to Return or Exchange
If you receive a defective, damaged, or wrong item, you must contact us within 48 hours from the time of delivery.
- The replacement, exchange, or complete refund will be free of charge in these cases.
- To expedite the resolution process, be ready with clear photos of the item and the packaging.
4) Refund Processing

- Refunds are returned to the original payment method.
- Once your request is reviewed and approved, we’ll send you return/exchange instructions, including whether a prepaid label is provided.
- Refunds take 7–14 business days after we’ve received and inspected the returned item.
- We’ll cover the cost of returning the item, and you’ll receive either a replacement, exchange, or full refund at no extra cost. Unless the issue is due to our error, customers are responsible for all return shipping fees.
