Delivery Policy

We offer fast and reliable delivery to all cities across Egypt. Orders are shipped from our Cairo warehouse within 3–5 business days after payment confirmation.

1. Delivery Time

• Cairo & Giza: 2–3 business days
• Alexandria & Delta Cities: 3–5 business days
• Upper Egypt & Red Sea Areas: 3–5 business days
• Sinai & Remote Areas: Up to 7 business days

2. Delivery Fees

• Cairo & Giza: EGP 120
• Other Cities: EGP 150

3. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS to follow your delivery status from the shipping company.

4. Delivery Partner

We work with reliable local couriers to ensure your package arrives safely and on time.

5. Failed Deliveries

If a delivery attempt fails, our courier will contact you to reschedule. Orders may be canceled if multiple delivery attempts are unsuccessful.
